I have worked from home for over 10 years and for myself it is much better than working from an office. I am self-employed with a few different clients though so a bit different to working for one organisation. It does take a certain type of person to be productive though and I guess depends on the environment around you as if there is a family constantly needing attention that won't help. It takes a lot of willpower to be focussed and the downside - which could be an upside for an organisation - is that the hours worked are longer. Thanks for sharing this post on Bizsugar.com
