I don't follow freelancing blogs or anything like that, mostly it's from my own trial and error. Tyrone Shum out of Australia runs a pretty good blog on outsourcing and Chris Ducker has an outsourcing company in the Philippines and always has good info.

Gary: Thanks for your candid post on working with freelancers! What do you think the next big thing will be in the outsourcing sector? I see that you mentioned the 4-hour work week by Tim Ferriss. Have you read his other books on the body and food?

Martin: I haven't read the other books, hope to one day. I'd like to see more collaboration built into the platforms where you can do video and work on projects within the platform. I'm sure it'll come soon.
