I knew how to do some basic HTML back in the day, but I have "un-programmed" that knowledge! ;)

Martin,

The most important: Being a visionary. From my experience, I can say that knowing where I want to be in the short, mid and long term is crucial.

Coding - yes... not that advanced, but I understand how to manipulate things with PHP/MySQL... modifying any CMS' and scripts that are written in PHP.
