I guess the real question is how reliant you are on the bigger company for the majority of your business. For example, are they your principle partner or customer? Do they have actual say in your company's operations? If you lost their business tomorrow could it be replaced? Large companies often have very deep pockets and cash flow is something every small business needs. The question is, what are the pros vs the cons of this kind of partnership?
