I think it's often the little nickle and dime things that really bug people. What's ironic is that it often seems companies are under the misconception that customers will be less upset by little fees here and there because they make the total cost look smaller. The truth is, many customers are happy for a simple stress free approach to pricing that doesn't leave them scratching their heads about what something really costs. If you feel you need to hide the real price of your services from your customers, maybe it's time to rethink the value you are offering.
