Hi Mairead, It's cool to see that you took on Elli's feedback last time. This is my fav so far, the reason: I think it all starts with the self and very often for me the business is an extension of the business owner. Our businesses reflect us. I like scrutiny, the difficulty for a great many however is that one woman's scrutiny is another man's criticism. Really being able to take constructive criticism is such a gift for any business owner but so many find it really difficult.
