If you're in business you have one objective: to sell what you have for more than it costs. The greater the wedge you can drive between those two variables - sales/costs - the greater the return.

Hi Mick, I think your point about many businesses not seeing new ways of doing things is on the money for right now. Traditional businesses in particular are guilty in this regard, some showing an irrational stubbornness which it comes to embracing technologies etc. Thanks for sharing, Niall
