Project management issues will arise not matter how carefully a project is planned. How the project manager deals with these issues will determine the overall success of the project. Rather than allowing small issues to fester and dig the project manager into a deep hole, it's better to get the issues addressed as soon as they arise. A reminder from Seth Godin that I read today.
