I’ve been mulling over this crazy diversity discussion on Mike Myatt’s blog. Mike argues that diversity mandates may actually hinder progress.
A familiar dilemma – if you make hiring decisions based on a mandate, do you discriminate? If you make hiring decisions without one, do you discriminate according to your biases? (Yes, we all have those.)
