How to handle difficult people and give constructive criticism
Isn’t it true that everyone makes mistakes? Nobody can know it all.
Do you know people who believe that they are incapable of error; that they cannot be taught anything?
They hate to be corrected don’t they?
This can cause problems
How can you give constructive criticism to people who don’t want to hear it?
How can you give constructive criticism to people who take criticism as an insult?
Here are the steps that will help you to handle those pesky, difficult people.
Step One: Know your purpose
Step Two: NAME the BEHAVIOUR that you do NOT want
Step Three: Tell them what would be “right”
Step Four: Ask them to commit
Step five: Listen to their explanation and then: Decide!

In my humble opinion, them problem almost always stems from the manager making the mistake. Call me biased, but there it is. Interesting post!
