It was for this reason that I decided to do a little digging and see what the latest research had to say about the pros and cons of telecommuting.

There are certainly jobs where telecommuting wouldn't work. But for many jobs where work must be completed on deadline, schedules can be flexible, and performance can be judged by evaluating completed projects, it will. What's more, telecommuting can save money in many cases by reducing overhead when you don't absolutely need to have someone in the office. I'm curious. Is this something many small business owners continue to have an issue with? I'm not sure if you're a member of the BizSugar community yet, but would love if you could share your insights in the comment section for this post over at BizSugar.com for the benefit of our entire community.
