Business owners have a lot of responsibility. They are required and if you don't address them, the business will fail. Accountability is another type of commitment. It’s the difference between doing what you have to do, and doing what you should be doing. Ownership accountability is planning for the future, communicating your vision to employees, and developing new opportunities.
