As I look back, I’m amazed at how far we’ve come. At the same time, I look ahead and am overwhelmed by how far I still want to go. Can you relate? Goal setting is something that is consistently on my mind. I’m always reevaluating my goals and adding new ones.

I think research and metrics are the most important part of that formula, however I think a lot of people don't put the time necessary into considering what they're trying to measure and how. If they don't know, then research is necessary, and that takes time and for some, the wind out of their sails. Do you agree or not?
