Exceptional article! I guess there are reasons that Ryannair makes a profit while other airlines are floundering.

I agree with blowing your horn! The problem is people think they need to be too humble and that blowing the horn lacks humility and is vain. It's not if done tastefully...it shows confidence, success and is a great marketing tool!
