A great read Gary - and the key for me is in your final comments - "Step Back!" It's so hard to ask those simple three questions when fire-fighting within the business every day.

Yet, a step away from the business allows for that headspace to think and answer the Qs honestly and thoroughly.

Gary! These are some really great and useful questions. My favorites are "What are you really offering?" and "Who are you really competing with?" These kinds of questions will really take you to the next level when looking at your business and get rid of a lot of assumptions that are likely holding you back from important opportunities.
