I agree with the perfect what you already have. Too often it is tempting to just move on to the next thing that interests you rather than maximising what you have in place.
The one point I would make about number 1 is that if you sell products for example you do not always have face to face contact. In that case it is more of liking, having an emotional connection etc with the brand and the company behind the brand.
