As a business owner I know you’re busy. But if you’re not saying thank you often enough you’re missing out on an opportunity to build relationships. So make the time to show your appreciation.

What great advice on something that I guess should be obvious to all business owners, but I guess sometimes isn't. How often do any of us really take the time to thank the clients and customers that make our businesses possible.
