Hi Susan,

Fantastic comments about the need to make these changes to a business slowly over time. Making the changes all at once is scary and overwhelming. Like everything, break these tasks into manageable pieces. Trying to do everything at once almost guarantees failure.

Susan - Having an FAQ page allows your customers to get information they need without you having to spend time replying the same set of questions over and over. It's a win-win for both.

Another important page that every website should have is About page for the same reason.
