I just read a terrific post on the BankThink blog that Dave Martin writes for American Banker. The post, “If Waiters Can Make Personal Connections, So Can Bankers,” is about a terrific waiter named Leo who for three years was the Martin family’s favorite waiter at a local restaurant.
