Are you a restaurant owner debating whether to add more healthy items to your menu? You might want to think twice, according to a new report from The NPD Group. The study found that, rather than picking healthier menu items when dining out, customers who are trying to eat healthy are more likely to cut out an item (such as dessert), order water instead of another beverage, and order smaller portions.

Interesting piece. For me, it really depends on how I've been eating that day. If I been doing good for the day and I decide to go out, I admit, I like to indulge in some chili cheese fries, soda, or a piece of cheese cake. :)

I really want to eat healthy foods only. And if the restaurant wants to serve and a healthy dishes they must commercialize organic foods. They are more nutritious than modified propagated products.
