Hello Susan. I guess you can change one off sales to more if you funnel your customers through an email list first. A good balance of products to services ratio is important. Customer relations could be strengthened through an autoresponder series (which builds trust) and a support desk which you answer in 24 hours or less. I think leaping at GOOD opportunities are important, but just as important is letting the less important ones (which youn evaluated) go...
