ha! Kimberly, I've been there before. I attended a class (not a business one more of a martial arts class) and I was kinda afraid and intimidated. I told myself, I should just forget about attending one cause I'm just a wimp anyone. Honestly, I was freaking scared that I hesitated and ALMOST turned my back. I was already there outside of the gym, contemplating if I should go in and you know what, I told myself, what's the worst that could happen? :)

and thankfully, it was one of the best decisions of my life. If fear had overcome me back then, I wouldn't have been part of a group of awesome people who had my back all the time.
