I wouldn't use the word "killer" in the same sentence as customer service, but I understand what you are saying! ;) Have you read Tony Hsieh's book on Happiness and Gary Vaynerchuck's book on the Thank-you Economy? Customer service is that will be the difference in the future and combine that with great skills in social media and you are having a great combo! :)
