I'm not aware of issues in any specific browser, so I'd recommend trying it with your preferred browser first.

Now is a good time to get started. Pallyy just rolled out LinkedIn analytics. Facebook and Twitter analytics should be added in the next month or so. It's becoming quite a complete social media tool.
