I guess the thing is, getting everything we MUST get done first, we have so little time to dedicate to learning. So we plug away at it, still trying to do more, but how do we keep our spirits up when the results are pretty far down the line? I'm not saying it's not worth doing. I keep plugging away myself, but I think achieving small successes in these sometimes neglected areas would go a long way towards keeping oneself going. And to do this I think it's important to prioritize, a thing that a lot of us don't seem to do well. Great post.
