This is so important...
I think many business owners may not realize the value of considering and responding to customer feedback. Even a customer complaint can be leveraged if handled properly: A business owner can use it to improve the way business is done, and by getting back to the customer in a sincere way, the customer may end up having an even more favorable view of the business than he would have if he'd never made the complaint in the first place.

Glad we see eye to eye on this. Every business owner should carefully look at every piece of feedback that they get from customers or fans and consider themselves lucky that they said something. Many customers and potential ones will simply just leave and not say anything at all as to why they left. Without that feedback a business owner doesn't know what to fix to keep others from leaving.
