Excellent article. SEO is not just about keyword density, back linking and meta tags anymore. To really get the results you want from your content you have to take a more holistic approach, integrating SEO and best inbound marketing practices. Usually you'll get found through your inbound marketing efforts before you show up in Google search, so it's well worth the effort.

Thanks for the constructive feedback! You're right about the marketing pipeline too, nowadays the value is expected to be there, and if you are getting traffic but aren't bringing anything to the table people will simply bounce.
