Not that long ago I have talked a bit about the importance of comments. Comments help in SEO, because it’s extra content that search engines index and as you know search engines are all about content and if you have read about Google’s plans launching the author rank then you might probably read that comments will have an even bigger impact on SEO in the future.

Comments are a big part of getting social proof, probably even more so than getting a lot of tweets and "likes". I'm not currently using commentluv, but I've been debating for a few weeks about whether or not to do the switch.
I'm currently using the comment wp plugin called Cackle. This is a fantastic social plugin that lets visitors comment using their social profiles - plus, it cross posts to their profiles when they comment, which increases your social traffic and exposure. I'm getting a decent amount of comments on most of my posts, so it seems to be appealing to my visitors.
I may make the switch to commentluv in the near future, but as for now I'll stick with the commenting system I have.
Thanks for sharing this post with our community on BizSugar.com. I appreciate it!
