Ron Ameln, owner of the St. Louis Small Business Monthly, has a rather dire prediction for the impact of health care legislation currently being proposed in the U.S. House of Representatives. According to Ron, the current health care legislation will kill small business by forcing companies with payroll reaching a certain level to either provide health care or pay a penalty which in either case may be more than their annual profit.
