Change is important, but if it is planned and changed then business need not to be so afraid of.If you build your product from a authorised organisation the no need to worry about anything.

Change is always good. But people are feeling comfortable in their comfort zone and take their businesses there very often.

I'm in a business where we try to get small businesses to go online, we educate them about the importance of any business to have an online presence and we offer them a website on Exai website builder platform.

I can say from my own experience that people are afraid of what they don't know. For example, they don't know what their business will look like when they get online, or how to manage their website or SM profiles or how to deal if something goes wrong with it.

A well-written post on CHANGE

For many, it is a fearful thing, but no doubt it's an inevitable thing, everyone needs to face it boldly. Of course, in business coping with it and meeting the target is a bit tedious job.

Thanks for telling the other aspects of this subject.

Thanks for the share

Totally agree Lyceum - I really can't see how both individuals and businesses can progress without undergoing change.
