Did you know that if you live in an "Amazon tax" state (AR, CA, CT, GA, IL, NC, NY, PA, or RI), there is a way for you to work with merchants who terminated "affiliate nexus" state-based affiliates? Try geo-targeting exclusion (or reverse geo-targeting) whereby you will not show the merchant's ad/link/product/offer to residents of your state.
