In any business there will be negative reviews. The only thing is that will be more for some and few for others, but the fact is that you can not please everybody. It's impossible. At one point or another there will be someone who will disagree with something that you do no matter

how hard you try. The thing you have to do is to keep your head up and continue and trying to improve all the time.

Love this post as you've described perfectly how a negative can be turned into a positive. It can be upsetting getting a negative review but if you sit back and think what you can achieve from it - as you have mentioned above - it isn't really all that bad. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
