Good article Jason. Google Analytics definitely helps to examine your bounce rate. I think it's important to notice as well the pages the majority of visitors bounce or exit from. For us, we have blog readers who are not looking for our services. They read and then "bounce" leading to a higher bounce rate than we would like, but we realize why they're on our site, so it's ok with us. The people who enter via organic search or directly are less likely to bounce because they came for our services...hopefully.

Glad you included a video with your post, it's always a great addition.

Very good advice - if you land on the page with the product you're searching for, you can still hit "home", policies, or "about us" to check out the site itself.
