Could you give more examples of "chicken little" side of online marketers?

One of the biggest "Chicken Little" things I've seen is that site owners keep trying to come up with a way to combat the latest change (be it Panda, Penguin, or the Hog). Instead of panicking, though, they need to remember what's REALLY important -- creating content that people find interesting, that teaches them something new, and that they're encouraged to share with friends/business contacts. (In fact, Cutts actually says this in his latest video.) Everyone keeps trying to make things difficult, when all they REALLY need to do is remember their end goal! :)
