The role of call-to-actions (CTAs), much like celebrities on a red carpets is, of course, to look good, but also to lead audiences to a determined goal (for example, watch a movie, buy a product). Although there are no hard-and-fast rules on how they should be, brands must ensure that users reach those goals and turn into customers.
