I've never really understood this but people really react badly when they're using blogging or some other kind of social media and find out they don't have as many hits on their home appliance Website as Matt Drudge does on his news site. What they seem to loose site of is that every visitor, even if there are only a couple hundred a week or month, is one more potential customer they might not have attracted without the blog or other social media.
