For #15 - the handshake - there is another caveat: Some people have tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc - you need to be very sure your handshake is no more than "firm", otherwise it might needlessly cause severe pain. This can apply to otherwise healthy-looking young men* - not just women & the elderly. It's not supposed to be "Pro" Wrestling's famous "Test of Strength"! *(I had tendonitis in my mid 30's from shipping & receiving - the wrists of a 75 year old man.)
