Excellent post, I'm a huge fan of the Boss and of this approach to sharing business know-how--I love it when people put it into a fun context that I can relate to on both a personal and professional level!
Each and every one of these suggestions is so relevant to bunches of business stuff--your social media plan, your overall marketing, even just areas of one's personal life. Being true, playing yourself to the nth degree, knowing your audience, getting your chops down, drawing inspiration from others while making those influences your own...just plain great advice.
