The online education service, Coursera, just raised $49.5 million in a Series C round of venture capital.
They hope to raise an additional $10.5 million by the fall in order to bring the round to $60 million.
To date Coursera has raised around $135 million in total funding.
Founded in 2012, Silicon Valley based Coursera offers 1,100 courses to 15 million learners across the globe.
Coursera is especially popular in China and India, which have over a million users each.
