To do this, Bloom says the important thing is to hone your "elevator pitch." This is not the pitch you hear about entrepreneurs giving to Venture Capitalists and other investors. Instead, it should be an answer to the question 'What do you do' that tells a customer in 20 seconds how your business, product or service can benefit them.
