For whatever reason, I seem to have been coming across the term "SWOT Analysis". It's a very useful tool for small business owners. It's such a useful tool for strategic planning because in a matter of one or two pages, you have a very clear, concise picture of the road ahead and your organization's ability to move down it. Thanks for sharing.

Yep. The SWOT is a helpful planning & analysis tool for sure. X-Mind has a few Idea mapping & process improvement templates you can use too such as the fishbone diagram, etc.
