Actively selling a service is one of my least favourite things to do. It's always nice when clients and customers come in and say, "we researched you, asked around, we like you, and want to work with you," but that doesn't always happen. Asking those questions and being worried about scaring off potential clients through sales is slightly frightening, but the reward of success outweighs any hesitancy.
