Would you trust your lawyer if she took everything at face value?  I hope not.  Lawyers don't take anything at face value, they are skeptical of our positions

Hi Dave,

Speaking of the other side, it might be wise to look at competitors this way too. What do they offer customers vs. what we offer. Sure we think we're the best. But are we? Let's be skeptical.
