Tibor - I agree. Some of the best leaders can be found in so-called rank and file. Unfortunately, many executives fail to recognize them or play politics and take advantage of their leadership. These silent leaders are the ones who are making things work every day. The companies that can identify them and learn from them can leapfrog ahead of their competitors.

I agree with you Tibor. You don’t need to be manager to be a leader as long as you have the ability and you know your limits also.
