I'd emphasize two - taking care of yourself and not obsessing about numbers. It's important to work as hard as you can, but to learn to relax, too. Otherwise, you just become a slave of your business and live an unhappy life.

Sometimes you have to get some distance and take a break. Otherwise the smallest thing can become a big problem.
