Hi @Lyceum Good question!

I sleep 7 hours in a day!

I think this is not enough.

And this is not at a stretch,

but this includes my cat nap too! LOL

What about you?

How much more you need??? LOL :-)

Philip: Today I slept 5 hours. ;) I think I need about 8 hours in a day + a powernap.

All the Best,

Martin

David: I like your tips of several different to-do lists. It is a bit contrarian thinking to the GTD crowd. Could you have different to-do lists on different apps?

Hi David,

I am glad to note that this is one of my subject i asked in my latest roundup post. Yes, Productivity and Sleep are interlinked well and in fact our productivity can play a vital role with our Sleep too!

In our roundup post 130+ Industrial experts and bloggers shared their views in it most of them shared Sleep is vital for productivity, if we get less sleep our productivity too will go down.

Thanks for sharing

May you have great weekend

Best

Philip
