I have to disagree respectfully on this one, despite the fact that I do exercise very regularly. I do see great importance in exercising and staying in shape, but the statement: "If you own a business and aren’t working out at least 3 times a week, you need to start immediately" didn't quite work for me.
There are plenty of people who don't work out regularly who are leaders in the world of business and plenty who do exercise regularly who struggle or even fail in business.
Exercising has many benefits, but you "must work out if you are a business-owner" is too boad of a statement.
I do like the tips you offer for sticking to an exercise plan and will happily vote on the basis of that.
