Great post Robert - I would agree with all your points, I have written on this subject a lot myself. Boundaries are important, and self-discipline.

Along with lunch, breaks and routine, a balance will ensure a healthy mind all round.

That is true. Many people who actually don't work from home think that working from home is too easy and that you always can take lunch, napping or any other break. You can do that, but that is not working! Most important thing is to have schedule!
