There is a boss in everyone of us :) However, I stop being one because I often become the bottleneck of my biz' decision making. I choose to reveal my roadmap and let others follow the trails in any ways they like :)

It's not the same thing, IMO. A boss turns into a leader when he/she is actually walking the talk (not ordering people around!); setting the bar higher by showing everyone how to reach it :)
