When we’re in the season of summer, many people crave time outdoors, a slower pace and a mental break from being “on schedule”, and it’s actually good for us to unplug and allow spontaneity and creativity to guide our days during this season. Our minds and bodies really benefit from it. If you’re like me, there’s a part of you, however, that sort of dreads when the fall season starts creeping in.
